Meet the Team
Director
For over 30 years, I, Amina Muhammed, worked in leadership roles within the corporate world, building strong teams, solving complex problems, and learning the value of service and integrity. At the same time, I was walking a more personal path—caring for my own elderly family members. Those moments taught me lessons no career ever could: patience, compassion, and the importance of honoring our loved ones with dignity and respect.
It was through this balance of professional experience and personal caregiving that Divine Adult Home Care was born. This is not just a business for me—it is a calling. I understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home and into the lives of the people you love most. My promise is to bring the same level of care, compassion, and respect to your family that I gave to my own.
At Divine Adult Home Care, our mission is simple: to make every client feel safe, valued, and at home.
Supervisor Nurse
Safia Aden is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who brings both clinical skill and a personal touch to her role at Divine Adult Home Care. With hands-on experience in ICU, emergency, and home care settings, Sofia ensures our clients receive safe, high-quality, and culturally sensitive support. She’s passionate about empowering individuals to live comfortably and independently at home, while guiding our caregivers with warmth and professionalism.
